Not trying to offend anyone but lee fang is finding female ic's list a little hard to digest *ahem**cough cough* soo she decided to edit sili's and fang qi's to suit her own and simplify and make everything more digestable soo everyone can eat more! haha...anyway she admits all these is ripped from sili's and fang qi's drills list soo if wan thank *ahem* thank the both of them..i dun mind if u wan thank me..haah!

Fang Qi's list

  1. Basic drills
    -SEDIA [one] slide your hands to the side, make sure it's behind the seam line and lock ur arms. raise ur legs 90 degrees, toes pointing down then BANG! *dun horse kick, heels should be touching, forming a V-shape.*

    -SENANG-DI-RI [one] hands slide to your back, legs to be shoulder width apart, parallel. raise ur legs 90 degrees, toes pointing down then BANG! *AGAIN, dun horse kick.*

    -KA KA-NAN LU RUS [one-check-one...diam!] [one] raise ur legs 90 degrees [check] first rank and right column raise ur hands, and all to turn head and face right [one] BANG! [.....] shuffle and align to the one one your right and front. [diam!] stop moving. *dun horse kick. hands should raise according to one's height nt the one on your right. move quickly.*

    -PANDANG KA-HADAPAN , PAN DANG [no timing] Cut swiftly (turn your head to the front and put your hand down, SWIFTLY)* dun anticipate*

  2. Uniform Inspection
    -DALAM-BUKA-BARISAN, KA-KANAN-LURUS [one-two-check-up-check-BANG!....diam!]
    [one] put ur left leg out one step to the front (first rank)/to the back (last rank), raise leg right leg 90 degrees[two] bang [check] [up] raise ur hands for first rank and right column, turn ur head to face right [check] [BANG!] [....] shuffle *First and last rank move accordingly,the gap must be enough for at least two NCOs to pass through* [diam!] stop moving.

    -DALAM TUTUP BARISAN, KA-KANAN-LURUS [one-two-check-up-check-BANG!....diam!]
    [one] Put your left leg back one step (first rank) left leg front (last rank) ,raise leg [two] bang with right leg! [check] [up] raise your hand (first rank and right column) and turn ur head to face right [check] raise right leg 90 degrees [BANG!] bang . [.....] shuffle to ka-kanan-lu-rus position [diam!] stop moving.

  3. Turning drills (MUST GET THIS RIGHT!)
    * remember to lock arms.**raise legs 90 degrees**turn according to timing* [one-check-one]
    *all directions refers to initial direction when falling in*
    -MENGHADAP KA-BELAKANG, KA-BELAKANG PU-SING
    Front to back
    -MENGHADAP KA-HADAPAN, KA-BELAKANG PU-SING
    Back to front
    -BERGERAK KA-KIRI BERTIGA-TIGA, KA-KIRI PU-SING
    Front to left
    -BERGERAK KA-KANAN BERTIGA-TIGA, KA-KANAN PU-SING
    Front to right
    -BERERAK KA-KIRI, KA-BELAKANG PU-SING
    Right to left
    -BERERAK KA-KANAN, KA-BELAKANG PU-SING
    Left to right
    -MENGHADAP KA-HADAPAN, KA-KIRI PU-SING
    Right to front
    -MENGHADAP KA-BELAKANG, KA-KIRI PU-SING
    Right to back
    -MENGHADAP KA-HADAPAN, KA-KANAN PU-SING
    Left to front
    -MENGHADAP KA-BELAKANG, KA-KANAN PU-SING
    Left to back
    -BEGERAK KA-KIRI, KA-KIRI PU-SING
    back to initial right
    -BEGERAK KAKANAN, KA-KANAN PU-SING
    back to initial left

  4. Dismiss drills
    -KELLUAR-BARIS [one-check-one-check-left-right-left] [one] turn to your right *remember using ur heel and toe* [check] raise your right leg 90 degrees[one] bang! [check] [left-right-left] Then march three steps. Put your left leg out first and your right hand out 90 degrees in front,45 degrees at the back. Then its opposite for the right leg.

    -BERSU-RAI [one-check-one-check-up-up-check-left-right-left] [one] turn to your right [check] raise ur right leg 90 degrees [one] bang. [check][up] raise your hand to your forehead at eye-level, turn to left [up] put down ur hand [check] [left-right-left] Then march three steps. Put your left leg out first and your right hand out 90 degrees in front,45 degrees at the back. Then its opposite for the right leg.

NOTE:

Ka-Kiri= Your LEFT

Ka-Kanan= Your RIGHT

Hadapan= Your FRONT

Belakang= Your BACK
