ELLO! PPL:) kays so i here jus 2 post bout smth VERY impt lah..the drills tt we haf learnt!actually i wanted 2 print out 4 u all bt i tink only a few ppl(lyk onli 7?) wanted it so i jus decided to post it n make sure u read it!Here are the drills that we have learnt so far: #Basic Commands# Steps to take *IMPORTANT* /Timing / #Sed-ia # Slide your hand to the side. /ONE! / Make sure it is behind the seam line. *LOCK YOUR ARMS!* Raise your left leg 90 degrees, toes pointing down. Then Bang! *Don’t horse kick! Heels should be touching, forming a V-shape* #Senang Di-Ri# Hands slide to your back. /ONE!/ Legs move back to original position when you fall in, that is open them out. *Make sure your legs are parallel* *Don’t horse kick* *LOCK YOUR ARMS* #Ka Ka-Nan Lu-Rus# First rank and column raise your hands /ONE-CHECK- / 90 degrees and turn your head to the right/ ONE….DIAM! / (ONE!) raise your legs 90 degrees (CHECK!)and bang (ONE)! #Pandang Ka-Hadapan # #Pan-Dang# Cut swiftly (turn your head back to the front /No timing / and put down your hands SWIFTLY!) #Uniform Inspection# Steps to take *IMPORTANT* /Timing/ Commands # #Dalam Buka Barisan, # #Ka-Kanan Lurus# Put your left leg out one step to the front (first rank) /to the back (last rank)/ONE-TWO / /-CHECK-UP/-CHECK-BANG! / Bang with your right leg (TWO-Bang)/. ….DIAM!/ Check, don’t do anything. Then turn your head to the right and raise your hand (first rank and column) (UP!) Again Check don’t do anything. Then Bang with your LEFT LEG! First and last rank move accordingly, the gap must be enough for at least two NCOs to pass through. #Pandang Ka-Hadapan # #Pan-Dang# Cut swiftly (turn your head back to the front /No Timing / and put down your hands SWIFTLY!) #Dalam Tutup Barisan # #Ka-Kanan Lu-Rus# Put your left leg back one step (first rank) left leg front (last rank) /ONE-TWO /raise ur hand for first rank/-CHECK-UP/-CHECK-BANG Bang with your RIGHT-LEG (TWO-Bang)/. …DIAM!/ Check, don’t do anything. (ONE!)Check don’t do anything. /-RIGHT-LEFT / [Then march three steps. (LEFT-RIGHT-LEFT) Put your left leg out first and your right hand out 90 degrees in front, 45 degrees at the back.
